What personal information we collect and why. Short version: only what’s needed to bill you, license you, and support you.

Last updated: July 13, 2026

Courtage Bernard Larouche Inc. (Boucherville, Quebec, Canada) runs coderfortraders.com and sells the CoderForTraders Private Toolbox. This policy explains, in plain language, what personal information we collect and why. Short version: only what’s needed to bill you, license you, and support you — we run no ads, we sell no data.

1. What we collect, and why

  • Account & licensing: your name, email address (including the email of your NinjaTrader® account, which your license is tied to), and your license status. Purpose: delivering and activating what you bought.
  • Billing: your subscription, invoices, and payment status. Your card number goes directly to our payment processor (Stripe) — we never see or store it. Purpose: charging the subscription you agreed to.
  • Support: what you write to us through the support form, and your contact email. Purpose: answering you.
  • Website basics: standard technical data (browser type, pages visited) and the cookies needed for the site and the customer portal to function. No advertising cookies, no ad networks, no data brokers.

2. Who processes it for us

We use a small set of service providers, each only for its job: Zoho (billing, customer records, support desk, email), Stripe (card payments), Wise (payment settlement), Microsoft Azure (the licensing backend that stores your email and license status), and our website host. These providers may store or process data outside Quebec and outside Canada (for example in the United States). We share personal information with no one else, and we never sell it.

3. Consent

By subscribing or contacting us you consent to this use. We only send you transactional email (welcome, receipts, support replies, service notices). If we ever start a newsletter, it will be opt-in.

4. How long we keep it

For as long as you have an account, and afterwards only as long as tax and accounting law requires us to keep transaction records (generally 6–7 years), after which it is deleted.

5. Your rights

You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, have it corrected, or have it deleted (subject to records we must legally keep). Write to us at privacy@coderfortraders.com, or through the support form on this site, and we’ll respond promptly. This applies wherever you live — Quebec’s Law 25, US state privacy laws, or Brazil’s LGPD.

6. Security and incidents

Data lives in the systems above, protected by their security measures and by access limited to the company’s operator. If a confidentiality incident ever creates a risk of serious injury to you, we will notify you and the Commission d’accès à l’information du Québec, as Law 25 requires.

7. Person in charge of personal information

Under Quebec’s Law 25, the person responsible for the protection of personal information (responsable de la protection des renseignements personnels) is Bernard Larouche, President. Contact: privacy@coderfortraders.com, or the support form on this site.

8. Changes

Updates are posted here with a new date.
